Horror Movie

1, There are two features that horror has, one is bloody, and another is fearless. Most of horror movies exhibit those two elements, such as Mr. Vampire series (6 Parts), which is acted by Lam Ching Ying, one of the famous actors in Hong Kong. “Mr. Vampire part 1” shows the fearless of one rich businessman about the zombie, the rich businessman was bitten by the zombie, then he transformed to be a zombie and began hunting people, that is a pretty bloody scene. “Mr. Vampire part 2” shows the adventure of one archaeologist, in the process of ancient artifacts research, they met the vampire, and one of the students of the archaeologist was bitten by a vampire, and blood sprayed everywhere. “Mr. Vampire part 3” shows the phantom can possess human and manipulate their bodies to frame others, Uncle Ming was possessed by a female phantom in the final scene, and the protagonist and his friends has the fearless of the phantom. “Mr. Vampire part 4” shows the zombie can acquire the electro power to attack harder to humans, which can do the infection making people become zombies. “Mr. Vampire part 5” shows one magic cop detect the sample of death body, some bloody scenes show to the audiences pretty successful. “New Mr. Vampire” shows the possession of one female phantom, and makes the characters in the movie be afraid. Importantly, some of the ghost houses in amusement parks I have played before makes me frightened, also makes girls cried, and that all shows the fearless of people because of horror, same as horror movies.
2, “Mr. Vampire, part 1” uses the static shot to show the background and the environment of the movie, which makes people know when the story happened. A static shot is a shot that does not move the camera, but only shows movement in the frame. A static shot shows one exorcist was working in a little palace with lots of wood coffins, and the fearless of the businessman has showed on his face before he was bitten. And tracking shot is a shot that focusing on one’s movement in the movie, and it shows the exorcist was checking whether all the puppet vampire in the palace. There are some long shots to the terror of zombies that beyond people’s imagination, especially its long and sharpen teeth, and its long finger. And the random shot shows the eyesight of the zombie, to let audiences know that the vampire began to hunt.
3, In the final scene of “Mr. Vampire, part 1”, exorcists use many ways to beat the zombie, such as rice and the strings with black oil, one exorcist uses the pendant to stop the movement of the zombie, and the fire from the pendant was flaming the zombie body, and zombie cannot bear with the fire burning, then it died lastly.
